All order are sent standard, except if you let us know you want it recorded.
Return Policy: Subject to stock availability, to make things as simple as possible, if you are unhappy you can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. You must contact us for authorisation before returning items.

The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you and all items returned to us are at your own risk so we recommend using a recorded service.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on Sale items. No exchange, credit note or refund will be offered against Sale purchases.

Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. We ensure to check all products for faults and defects before shipping them to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items, which show clear signs of wear and tear will not be accepted.

We will only accept returns provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you, this includes all orginal packaging, tags and labels.

In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or refund.
